Truist has partnered with NAVEX Global to utilize their secured EthicsPoint system. This system provides teammates, and others, with the ability to report possible violations of the law or Truist’s Code of Ethics, as well as other unethical behavior. Reports can be made online or by telephone and the reporter can choose to remain anonymous.

Honesty and transparency are key to our success and a paramount part of our Code. Truist is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We promote a culture that empowers you to voice concerns. By communicating concerns, you play a critical role in protecting and promoting our ethical culture. Truist will keep the concerns confidential to the extent possible and will not tolerate retaliation for participation in the investigation of a suspected violation of the law or our Code, or making a report you believe is truthful and accurate. Truist is committed to investigating all potential violations brought to its attention.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, the information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a confidential and anonymous basis. Please be advised that while reporters can choose to remain anonymous, reporters should be careful to include enough detail to enable appropriate routing and review of their concern.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
